<p>PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for performing data communication are provided to increase user convenience by executing an application of a communication function terminal even though a laptop call function with a non-communication function terminal is not terminated. CONSTITUTION: An upper layer unit(340) executes an application and processes data, and a network layer unit adds network layer information to a transmission packet. The network layer unit parses a reception packet to a lower layer unit(320). The transmission packet is received to the network layer unit in the communication connection of a terminal, an information manager stores the network layer information included in the transmission packet.</p> |
