METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF LEVEL OF RE-MODELING OF ARTERIAL VESSELS IN PATIENTS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

Method for diagnostics of level of remodeling of arterial vessels in patients with arterial hypertension includes implementation of laboratory investigation of blood. One determines serum pool of general matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) with immunoferment method. One performs ultrasonic investigation of arterial vessels with determination of thickness of intimomedial complex of carotids (TIMK) and rate of propagation of pulse wave (SRPH) by aorta. If sum of scores of those characteristics is equal to 0 – one diagnoses absence of remodeling, at sum of scores from 1 to 3 – one diagnoses 1 level of remodeling, at sum of grades from 4 to 5 scores included – one diagnoses 2 level of remodeling of arterial vessels, from 6 to 7 scores included – one diagnoses 3 grade of remodeling with presence of aterims.
