METHOD FOR PRODUCING OF STEMM CELLS

A method for producing of stem cells comprises the washing off of lipoaspirate and its treatment with enzyme. Pronase is used as enzyme in a form of 0.1-0.3% solution in Igla Medium in Dulbekko modification in the ratio with lipoaspirate from 1:0.5 to 1:2. The inactivation of enzyme, separation of stem cells by centrifugation is realized at 1500-2000 rpm during 15-20 minutes. For inactivation of enzyme the suspension is 2-3 times diluted by phosphate-saline buffered solution. The resuspending carried out in the medium for cultivation and inoculation of cell suspension in vials.
