PURPOSE: A transmission failure management system of ATM and an operation method thereof are provided to sense and deal with a transmission failure phenomenon quickly. CONSTITUTION: In case transmission failure with a financial transaction server through a communication network is occurred, ATM(10) produces and transmits a transmission failure message. A system management server(40) manages a financial system including the ATM, financial transaction server, and communication network. If the transmission failure message by failure level exceeds a critical value within the fixed time, a transmission failure monitoring server(20) informs the transmission failure to the system management server and a person in charge of the system management server. |
