In same way one measures distance lbetween magnetized sample of controlled material and magneto-sensitive element, at reading on scale of indicator mean N.Residual magnetization of sample made of controlled material is determined by ratio given in description of the invention. The invention makes it possible to determine effectively residual magnetization of material that reflects level of degradation of ferromagnetic due to simplicity of implementation of express-evaluation and use of anything available as reference standard and indicator mean.
