The installation (1) has an external condenser (7) set in bypass of a recovery condenser (6) to allow refrigerant fluid from a compressor (23) of a negative circuit (20) to be condensed by one of the condensers. A control unit (API) controls a passage of the fluid from the circuit through the external condenser or recovery condenser according to the needs for heating a heat zone associated with a positive circuit (10), and according to the needs for cooling a cold zone associated with the negative circuit. A variable speed transmission (25) is set with the compressor of the negative circuit.
