METHOD FOR FIXATION OF FLAP FROM EXPANDED SOFT TISSUES

A method for the fixation of the flap from the expanded soft tissues comprises the layered closure. At the stage of the implantation of the expander, the area of the cicatrix opposite to the base of the flap is included into the flap. The epidermal layer is removed from the incorporated site resulting in the decrease of its vertical dimension. Deepidermized edge of the flap is descended under the mobilized edge of the wound generated after the dissection of the cicatricial area. In such a way, flap-skin dublicature is generated, which is fixed with the internal sutures. The skin wound is sutured with the cosmetic suture without tension.
