PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a water vein-blocking paint is provided to secure the excellent water vein-blocking property when applied to the floor of a building, and to irradiate the large amount of negative ions. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a water vein-blocking paint comprises the following steps: weighing 1,000g of 40% of urethane or acrylic resin adhesive; mixing 500g of graphite with more than 98% of carbon, 200g of fine charcoal powder, 150g of tourmaline powder, and 150g of nonferrous metal aluminum powder, and weighing 1,000g; forming a water vein-blocking paint by mixing 1,000f of urethane or acrylic resin adhesive and 1,000g of the mixture of powders. |
