PURPOSE: A quantitation of Enterobacter sakazakii is provided to quickly and easily calculate the number of Enterobacter sakazakii and to improve safety and hygiene of bady milk. CONSTITUTION: A quantitation of Enterobacter sakazakii is performed by two fold dilution. The two fold dilution is performed using plural well plates. The well plates are arranged by gradually diluting a sample having Enterobacter sakazakii. The first well plate is an original sample liquid which is not diluted. The well plates contain salicin for specifically detecting Enterobacter sakazakii.
