The invention relates to oil and gas producing industry, in particular to gas-sand separators that are installed at pump suction for protection against penetration of sand and associated gas there at well operation. The separator includes perforated producing string (PS) with perforated joint placed there, equipped with filtration material. A suction pipe is additionally included to construction, this is placed in the PS and is connected to the pump suction. Perforations of the PS are arranged with larger diameter compared to openings of the perforated joint that is additionally equipped with net filter winded on perforations, with diameters of slits not larger than diameter of openings of the perforated joint. In the lower section of the PS sand“pocket”is provided for collection of separated sand and solids, and in the upper one outlet openings for bleeding separated gas to casing annulus are provided. The separator provides simultaneous effective purification of gas-liquid mixture that comes from the well to the pump suction with removal of sand of different fractions and associated gas with different diameters of bubbles, this makes it possible to provide protection of sucker-rod pump and to increase term of its operation. |
