PURPOSE: An ionized water dental cleaner capable of using as a water ionizer is provided to sterilize all kinds of bacteria existing inside the oral cavity using ionized water. CONSTITUTION: An ionized water dental cleaner capable of using as a water ionizer comprises the following: a main body generating ionized water from original water, discharging the ionized water through a water discharge pipe(15) to a spraying body; and the spraying body for spraying the ionized water into the oral cavity through a water spraying hose(82). The main body includes a outer case(10) comprising a water acceptance valve(24), an active carbon filter(26), a functional filter(30), a flow sensor(34), an electrolytic cell(36), a water discharging valve(44), a pump(46), a water pressure controlling valve(48) and a drain valve.
