PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for health supplementary food containing beer yeast and health supplementary food manufactured thereby are provided to promote digestion while helping smooth blood circulation while preventing stagnant blood. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for health supplementary food containing beer yeast includes a step for manufacturing a mixed composition by mixing beer yeast 80~90 parts by weight, plum 3~5 parts by weight, Curcuma longa 1~3 parts by weight, and Hizikia fusiforme 1~3 parts by weight(S11); compressing the mixed composition; manufacturing the mixed composition to pills. The particle size of the composition including beer yeast, plum, Curcuma longa and Hizikia fusiforme is 20~200 μm.
