<p>Lightening keratin fibers, preferably human keratin fibers such as hair, comprises applying an anhydrous cosmetic composition (A) comprising one or more fatty substance and one or more surfactants, a cosmetic composition (B) comprising one or more organic amine salts having a negative logarithm of base dissociation constant (pKb) value of less than 12 at 25[deg] C; and a composition (C) comprising one or more oxidizing agents, on the keratin fibers. Independent claims are included for: (1) the anhydrous composition comprising one or more fatty substances, one or more surfactants, one or more organic amines; and (2) a device with several compartments comprising a first compartment containing (A); a second compartment containing (B); and a third compartment containing (C).</p> |
