摘要 PURPOSE: A crane hoisting operation system and the use thereof are provided to select a crane with a proper capacity for a construction site by recognizing load, working time and waiting time. CONSTITUTION: A crane hoisting operation system comprises a boom length sensor, a trolley distance detecting sensor(5), a wind speed sensor(1), a turning angle sensor(2), a load cell(4), and a data storage unit. The load cell detects the tension of a hook wire in a hoist. The sensors are connected to the input terminal of a controller(3). The data storage unit stores current operation information of a tower crane about boom length, current trolley distance section, wind velocity, turning angle, hook height, and load. A main management server analyzes the hoisting efficiency of the tower crane on the basis of the operation information of the tower crane.
