摘要

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to drive the LCD panel to data of the bit number smaller than the bit number of input data. The image is indicated by many number of scales than the number of scale of input data. In any data pattern, the image quality down is prevented. CONSTITUTION: An LCD panel(10) comprises the liquid crystal cell which is connected to TFTs and is arranged in the form of the matrix. According to data driving circuit(12) is perpendicular polarity the control signal, digital video data are changed into the straight polarity and negative polarity data voltage and the horizontal polarity reversal cycle of negative data voltages and straight polarity is controlled according to the horizontal polarity control signal.
