TEMPLATE FOR PROGRAMMED LOCATION OF GRAINS OF SUPERHARD MATERIALS IN WORKING LAYER OF ABRASIVE TOOL

A template for programmed location of grains of superhard materials (SHM) in a working layer of abrasive tool includes a body with through holes for filling SHM grains on a substrate. In addition, it is made of sheet textolite, which thickness is 0.4-0.6 mm, and the largest transverse dimension of the holes is less than the SHM grain size. Thus on one end of the body the holes are made with bevels, and from the opposite end of the body they are connected to a hole of vacuum chamber attached to this end at the location of holes and intended for connection to a vacuum pump.
