Disclosed is a compound of substituted oxindol derivatives of formula (1) their tautomeric, enantiomeric and/or diastereomeric forms as well as the physiologically compatible salts of the derivatives of formula (1), where in the substituents are as defined in the specification. Also disclosed is the method of producing a compound of formula (1) and the use of the compound of formula (1) wherein the medicament is useful for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of vasopressin-dependent or oxytocin-dependent diseases.
