IMAGE SENSOR AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF

PURPOSE: An image sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent problems due to misalignment by giving a margin to a region for forming a plug bar in an upper N+ region. CONSTITUTION: A readout circuit(120) is formed on a first substrate(100). A wiring(150) is formed on the first substrate to be electrically connected to the readout circuit. A plug plate(170) is formed on the wiring at each pixel. An image sensing unit(210) is formed on the plug plate. A via plug(230) is formed by connecting the image sensing unit with the wire.
