<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus for reducing the workload of on a user by storing exception setting having been set for each unit configuring a document file as a template. <P>SOLUTION: This digital computer 100 is provided with a bookbinding application 104 for setting application conditions relating to exception setting content according to a user's instruction to a document file in which at least one exception setting is set for a plurality of units included in the document file, and for registering the exception setting content and the set conditions as the template, and for making a user select a template to be applied to a document file which serves as an editing object, from the registered templates, and for applying the exception setting content contained in the template to the units satisfying the application conditions included in the selected template. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
