PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device capable of improving the vibration absorbing properties while suppressing the enlargement in the drive device equipped with a hydraulic transmission. SOLUTION: The drive device 300 includes the hydraulic transmission 1-1 having a front cover 10 to which a driving force of a drive source is transmitted and transmitting a driving force transmitted to the front cover to an output shaft 50 via a working fluid, and an input member 100 facing the front cover in the axial direction and transmitting the driving force of the drive source to the front cover. An elastic body 15 is so arranged along the circumferential direction of the front cover as to come into contact with each of the front cover and the input member in the circumferential direction.
