<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the lowering of a braking force in the case that working fluid leaks. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the brake hydraulic pressure control device 100, a mechanical booster-valve 26 is connected with a flow passage between a master cylinder 16 and a wheel cylinder and communicated with an accumulator 72 and a hydraulic pressure of the working fluid supplied from the master cylinder 16 is increased by utilizing the hydraulic pressure of the brake fluid supplied from the accumulator 72. An accumulator pressure cut valve 98 is provided between the accumulator 72 and the mechanical booster valve 26 and blocks the flow of the brake fluid supplied from the accumulator 72.
