MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR HYDROLOGIC CIRCLE OF DRAINAGE AREA

PURPOSE: A hydrological cycle management system of river valley is provided to monitor and control a hydrological cycle of an urban district. CONSTITUTION: A UMS server(6) notifies error generating information from a collection server and leakage generating information and leakage generating location information transmitted from a operation/analysis server to a corresponding manager through voice, character, facsimile, and e-mail. A web server(14) performs user authentication of a connected user. The web server gives an access level to the authenticated user. A manager terminal(18) is provided information from a database through the web server. The manager terminal offers the provided information to a manager managing a hydrological cycle of river valley.
