PURPOSE: A flange hemming apparatus using rolls is provided to secure hemming quality through simultaneous four-stage hemming and to reduce the load of a hemming robot by minimizing the moving trace. CONSTITUTION: A flange hemming apparatus comprises a head body(10), a driving part(12), a rotational plate(14), first through fourth hemming rolls(18), and first and second assist rolls(20,21). The driving part is fixed to a base(11) of the head body. The rotational plate is coupled with an output shaft(13) of the driving part. The first through fourth hemming rolls are arranged at the angular intervals of 90° on the front side of the rotational plate. The assist rolls are installed on two supports(19a,19b) at the interval of 90°.
