<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire for illuminating a ceiling surface by radiating light to side and back surface directions of a luminaire body. <P>SOLUTION: The luminaire includes a semiconductor light emitting element 11, the luminaire body 12 with the semiconductor light emitting element arranged, a translucent cover 13 arranged on the luminaire body so as to cover a front surface and side surface of the semiconductor light emitting element, a light control body 14 for radiating light radiated from the semiconductor light emitting element from a peripheral edge part 13c of the translucent cover to the side and back surface directions of the luminaire body, and a lighting device 15 for lighting the semiconductor light emitting element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
