<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control circuit capable of keeping safety by ensuring usual normal operation even when transmission power is large, a temperature control method, a program, a recording medium, and a portable communication terminal. <P>SOLUTION: This temperature control circuit includes: a determination means to determine transmission power of an element; a detection means to detect the transmission power of the element to measure voltage; and at least two temperature detection means to detect the temperature of the element to compare the temperature with a temperature threshold value. The at least two temperature detection means respectively include temperature threshold values different from one another. The detection means inputs voltage to the determination means. The determination means selects any of the two or more temperature detection means based on the transmission power of the element determined by the determination means and the voltage input by the detection means, and stops the power supply to the element when the temperature of the element is higher than the temperature threshold value included in the selected temperature detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
