<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for deliquoring and molding organic matter separating it into liquid and molded matter, and a method of deliquoring and molding using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The molding apparatus 1 includes a die 4 serving as a pressurizing vessel, an upper punch 2 of one part of a pressure applying device, and a lower pressurizing vessel formed by integrating a lower punch 3 with a base 5. The upper punch 2 is disposed at the upper part of the die 4. The upper punch 2 has an organic resin O-ring 6a at its end. An organic resin O-ring 6b is attached to the lower punch 3. A filtering plate 13 is placed on an upper face of the lower punch 3. Four liquid discharge paths 9 are formed in the lower punch 3 and base 5, and connected to a drain port 10, the drain port 10 being connected to a liquid suction device. The liquid suction device 7 is constituted with a liquid suction pipe 12, a suction filtration bottle 12 and an oil rotary type vacuum pump 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
