<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the figure tolerance of a lens constituting a lens array. <P>SOLUTION: Resin is held between a glass substrate 2991 and a metallic mold 60 where a recess 63 in accordance with the shape of a lens LS and a coupling part 64 corresponding to a non-lens part NL are formed. Thus, the resin RS flows into the recess 63 and even after flowing into the recess 63, the resin RS freely flows through a gap between the coupling part 64 and the glass substrate 2991. In such a state that fluidity of the resin is secured, the resin RS is cured by a UV light to thereby form the lens LS. Succeeding to molding of the lens, one end (left end in the figure) of the metallic mold 60 in a longitudinal direction LGD is peeled from a back surface 2991-t of the glass substrate 2991 first, and further it is separated from the back surface 2991-t of the glass substrate 2991, whereby the metallic mold 60 is released sequentially from one side (left side in the figure) to the other side (right side in the figure) in the longitudinal direction LGD. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
