<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a test program collating device which can check a test program by appropriate inspection standards and contributes to the quality assurance of a product. <P>SOLUTION: A server 1 has an inspection standard by products DB 11 for storing an inspection standard number applied in each different product, a collation result by product devices DB 12 for storing a collation result between a test program for each different product and inspection device, and the inspection standard numbers, and an inspection result by products/by lots DB 13 for storing inspection results in each different product and lot, an inspection device 21 connected to the server 1 through a network has test programs 211 and 212, refers to the inspection standard by products DB 11 and the collation result by product devices DB 12 prior to the inspection of a product on the basis of the test programs, and checks whether a test program to be used for product inspection is appropriate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
