<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle measurement processing device capable of eliminating an angular ambiguity upon measurement of the angle of an arrival signal while retaining a real-time property, and acquiring accurate angle measurement results. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When performing an angle measurement processing on an arrival signal by an interferometer system, the angle measurement processing device receives the arrival signal by a plurality of antenna elements for angle measurement in an antenna part, obtains the reception level received by one of the antenna elements and the reception level received in a sum pattern as a synthesized beam, and compares them. In the case that the reception level in the sum pattern is higher than the reception level by the single antenna element, the angle measurement processing device regards the signal as an arrival signal from an angle measurement range without an angle ambiguity, and performs the angle measurement processing by the interferometer system, and in other cases, the device regards the signal as a signal from a range out of the angle measurement range, and rejects it.
