<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide colored sand to be used as a horticulture material, ordinary home goods, and a teaching material of a school, using molten slag which is produced by cooling and solidifying materials generated by fusing, at 1,300°C or higher, the incineration ash of the whole industrial waste including life waste, such as garbage, water supply and sewage, and the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A colorant, which contains natural ore and is friendly to a human body, is applied on the molten slag, thereby anti-bacteria and deodorization are acted, grow of plant is promoted, and a domestic environmental pollution is inhibited with an anti-tick agent or the like.
