PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for illustrating house-intrusion wherein explanation is provided every time in the same way and in the same time frame and in such a manner that visitors can easily understand the explanation with interest. SOLUTION: The device 1 for illustrating house-intrusion is so constituted that: a first residential building 2, a second residential building 3, and a third residential building 4 each imitating the external appearance of a residential building are installed in a house exhibition hall 10 under the themes of "leakage of information", "state of visibility", and "things left unfinished" respectively; the first residential building 2, the second residential building 3, and the third residential building 4 are provided with a switch 20, 30, 40 respectively and, by pressing the switch 20, 30, 40, the illustration of the ways of house-intrusion and the behaviors of a burglar is provided with an automated voice for the first residential building 2, the second residential building 3, and the third residential building 4 respectively.
