PURPOSE: A waste heat recovering system is provided to increase the heat discharge efficiency by applying a heat medium transferring unit on a part which absorbs energy. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat recovering system comprises a gas path part(11), a water supplying path unit(12), and one or more heat exchanging unit(13). The gas path part passes through the exhaust gas produced by a heating device. The water supplying path unit discharges the water supply exceeding the temperature of the water. The heat exchanger is located between the gas path part and the path part. The heat exchanger transfers the heat of the exhaust gas to the water.
