Provided is a linkage mechanism (13) between a rotor of a variable capacity compressor and a swash plate (3), in which wear is suppressed. A fitting part between a first pin (12) and a gripping part in the linkage mechanism (13) has a tapered through-hole in the gripping part and a pin which fits into the through-hole, on the side of the point of application of a force (F) resulting from a compressive reaction force against the swash plate (3).
