ALKALI-DEVELOPABLE RESINS AND PHOTOSENSITIVE COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An alkali-developable resin is provided to obtain excellent sensitivity by containing enough photopolymerizable reactive groups, to have superior development by including enough acidic groups, and to obtain remarkably excellent green developing property. CONSTITUTION: An alkali-developable resin is marked as a chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, a, b, c, d, and e are a mol mixture ratio of A, B, C, D, and E. In the chemical formula 1, a is 10-90, b is 5-60, c is 10-40, d is 1-35, and e is 1-35. The molecular weight of the resin is within a range of 5000~30,000. A Photosensitive composition comprises 1-20 parts by weight of the alkali-developable resin, 0.5-10 parts by weight of polymerizable compound having ethylenically unsaturated bond, 0.1-5 parts by weight of photopolymerization initiator, and 10-95 parts by weight of solvent.
