<p>PURPOSE: A method for consecutively separating waste corrugated cardboard into staple fiber and filament and an apparatus thereof are provided to increase a recovery rate of the filament, and to collect the filament of high intensity while reducing electrical energy and facility costs. CONSTITUTION: A method for consecutively separating waste corrugated cardboard into staple fiber and filament includes the following steps: dissociating a corrugating medium by rotating pulper body at a constant speed while putting water and waste corrugated cardboard into a raw water inlet(1); consecutively discharging the dissociating corrugating medium to the outside; washing the pulper contents including liner paper pieces; consecutively discharging cleaning water to the outside; dissociating the washed liner pieces; discharging the dissociated liner paper; and discharging the dundissociated foreign materials to the outside.</p> |
