PURPOSE: A light emitting diode(LED) flash lens unit is provided to be cost-effectively manufactured by integrating a printed circuit board for supplying power with a flash lens, including a luminous object. CONSTITUTION: A first refractive unit(110) controls light which is radiated from the front side of an LED(300). A transmissive unit(120) transmits light which is radiated from the lateral side of the LED. A total reflective unit(130) controls the light through the transmissive unit. A second refractive unit(140) radiates the light through the first refractive unit and the total reflective unit to the outside of a lens. A fresnel lens is located on the upper side of the second refractive unit.
