<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sensor for compensating a light quantity of an infrared light source. <P>SOLUTION: An infrared detector 9B and an optical filter 10B for adjusting the light quantity of the infrared light source 8 are provided separately from an infrared detector 9A and an optical filter 10A for gas detection. The optical filter 10B for adjusting the light quantity can transmit selectively an infrared ray in a wavelength band in which an absorption amount is hardly affected by a gas component. A voltage to be applied to the infrared light source 8 is controlled so that an output from the infrared detector 9B for receiving an infrared light passing the optical filter 10B becomes a fixed output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
