<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin display device with improved stability. <P>SOLUTION: The thin display device 1 includes: a body 10 having a cabinet 20 with a display window 21 formed in the front surface 20a, a cabinet 30, and a display panel 40 to be stored in the cabinets 20, 30; a stand 50 arranged in the lower part of the body 10; and a support means 60 which is fixed to the stand 50, so as to support the body 10 by fixing the back surface 40b of the display panel 40 at a position upper than the stand 50. The support means 60 is provided with a support member 70 which includes: a fixed part 81 to be fixed to the stand 50; and fixing portions 84 for fixing the back surface 40b of the display panel 40 at positions upper than the fixed part 81, wherein the support member is extended upward from the stand 50, and has a shape for moving the centroid of the display panel 40 backward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
