<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium which records and reproduces digital animation information, and an information reproducing method, an information recording method, and an information reproducing device, using this medium. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This information storage medium is the information storage medium in which an AV file, cell time information, and PGC information are recorded in different regions respectively. The cell time information includes a time code table relating to a video object. The same place in the video object is reproduced again between different cells in the different PGC. Information relating to whether the video object is compressed by MPEG2 or not is included in the cell time information, the time code table includes information relating to specific unit, the cell time information includes information relating to the number of the specific unit, information relating to whether the video object is compressed by the MPEG2 or not is included in a region being different from information relating to the number of the specific unit.
