<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium which records and reproduces digital animation information, and an information reproducing method, an information recording method, and an information reproducing device, using this medium. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the information storage medium, cell time information includes a time code table relating to a video object, it reproduces again the same place in the video object between different cells in different PGC, a unit of an AV address managed within control information is different from a unit of an AV address defined in an AV file, cell time information and PGC information belong to control information, information relating to reproduction of the cell is included in the control information, the relating information is included in different region from the time code table, and time information relating to reproduction for each specific unit in the video object is included in the time code table.
