摘要 Measurement values including an initial value necessary to measure a three-dimensional shape are automatically acquired by automatically determining wrongly matched points in overlapping images.  A shape measurement device (1) is provided with image capturing units (2-9) each for capturing an image of an object to be measured (18) in an overlapping image capturing region, a feature point matching unit (21) for matching the positions of feature points of the object to be measured (18) in the overlapping images captured by the image capturing units (2-9), a measurement model formation unit (23) for forming a model of the object to be measured (18) on the basis of the feature points matched by the feature point matching unit (21), a wrongly matched point determination unit (24) for determining wrongly matched points on the basis of the measurement model formed by the measurement model formation unit (23) and a reference model of another object to be measured, and a three-dimensional shape measurement unit (25) for obtaining the three-dimensional shape of the object to be measured (18) on the basis of the positions of feature points other than the points determined as the wrongly matched points by the wrongly matched point determination unit (24), and the like.
