PURPOSE: A convenience apparatus of an assist steering wheel of a vehicle is provided to control the direction of an assist steering wheel to the folding direction or the rotating direction of the assist steering wheel according to the convenience of user. CONSTITUTION: A convenience apparatus of an assist steering wheel of a vehicle comprises: a fixing member(100) which is installed in the interior of a vehicle; a rotating member(120) which is coupled to be rotatable to the rotary direction of the fixing member; a handle member(160) which is coupled to be rotatable to the folding direction of the rotating member; a first torsion spring(140) which is installed in the rotary direction rotation position between the rotating member and the fixing member and supplies the restoring force to the opposite rotary direction of the rotating member to the fixing member; and a second torsion spring(180) which supplies the restoring force to the unfolding direction of the handle member to the rotating member.
