PURPOSE: A metal nano particle having organic light emitting diode and manufacturing method thereof silver surface plasma having surface plasma resonance structure is formed between the anode electrode and lighting-emitting area. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(120) is formed on the transparent substrate(110). A second electrode(160) is arranged in order to face with the first electrode. A lighting-emitting area(130) comprises the organic light-emitting layer locating between the first electrode and the second electrode. A metal nano particle(170) locates between the first electrode and lighting-emitting area. The metal nano particle has the surface plasma resonance.
