PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head equipped with a cooling air pipe device contributing to a temperature drop in an exhaust valve, with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This cylinder head 10 has at least one exhaust pipe 12 closable by the exhaust valve 30, and a cooling air pipe device having at least one cooling air pipe 41 and 42 for blowing cooling air upon the exhaust valve. The cooling air pipe of the cooling air pipe device is constituted in a substantially straight line shape in the cylinder head, and/or is constituted of a cross section of expanding substantially constant or continuously.
