<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve structure of a pressure adjusting valve for preventing the occurrence of leak while preventing an excessive bearing from applying to a valve body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The valve structure of a pressure adjusting valve includes: a communication port 25 for communicating the upstream side and downstream side of a fluid feeding path 16; a valve body 26 for opening/closing the communication port 25 according to the displacement of a diaphragm 19; and a first energizing spring 27 for energizing the diaphragm 19 to one side of the displacement direction. An abutting part 30 is formed so as to freely abut to a stopper part 29 for regulating the amounts of displacement of the diaphragm 19 to the closing side of the communication port 25 by the valve body 26. The valve body 26 is formed in the abutting part 30 so as to freely move to the approaching/leaving direction to the communication port 25 in such a state that it is energized to the approaching side to the communication port 25 by a second energizing spring 37 whose energizing force is smaller than that of the first energizing spring 27.
