<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pan with configuration in which a function equivalent to conventional two-tank oil pan can be performed with a simple configuration, with respect to an oil pan formed such that the interior is partitioned into a plurality of oil reservoir spaces. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An oil pan 4 is constituted by two members of an oil pan upper 41 and an oil pan lower 42. Inside the oil pan upper 41, a bulkhead 43 is integrally formed, and a first oil reservoir space A is formed by a bottom 43a and a vertical wall 43b of the bulkhead 43. Underside of the oil pan upper 41 is closed by the oil pan lower 42, and a second oil reservoir space B is formed by the both. Thereby, the oil pan 4 having a plurality of spaces in the interior can be provided, while simplifying a shape of the oil pan upper 41 and enabling diecast shaping. Ž<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
