PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection method survey system capable of reducing noises included in measurement data by avoiding interference between an oscillation wave and a reflected wave, improving measurement accuracy, and facilitating data analysis, in reflection method survey for a buried object in an underground shallow part and a stratum structure. SOLUTION: In survey for a buried object 150 in an underground shallow part and for a stratum structure 106 using a reflection method, a constitution of this reflection method survey system 100 includes: an oscillator 110 installed on the ground surface 102, for oscillating vibration to the underground 104; a detector 120 for detecting a reflected wave 144 which is an oscillation wave 142 generated by vibration, reflected by the buried object or a stratum boundary, and reaching the ground surface; and a position estimation device 130 for estimating the position of the buried object or the stratum boundary by the reflected wave. An oscillation duration of the oscillator is shorter than a reciprocating propagation time which is a time from oscillation start of the vibration by the oscillator until arrival of the reflected wave to the detector.
