PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque wrench including a sensor which has a head part for tightening a fastening member and a sensor part for measuring a torque in tightening which are formed independently of each other and which is also usable as a part common to a head with a different shaft length. SOLUTION: This torque wrench includes a lever to which a hand force is applied, a head which is rotatably attached to the front end of the lever through a rotating shaft and the shaft part of which extends from a head body engaged with the fastening member, and a Roberval load cell which electrically detects a tightening torque when the fastening member is tightened by the rotation of the lever and which is fixed to the lever.
