PURPOSE: A backlight unit is provided to check a coupling part of an inverter and a socket circuit substrate with eyes from the outside. CONSTITUTION: A substrate terminal unit(131) includes the first side(132) and the second side(133). The substrate terminal is projected from a lower side(130b) of a socket circuit substrate(130). The first side is formed on the side crossing the lower side. The second side faces the opposite direction of the first side. An inverter terminal unit(121) includes the first inner surface(122) and the second inner surface(123). The first inner surface contacts the first side to be electrically connected each other.
