PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image to suit the taste of a user without requiring complicated operation.

SOLUTION: A photograph delivery device 10 receives photograph information, which contains photograph files and address information showing a display device D to receive them, from communication terminals T, and transmits the photograph files to the display device D while discloses the photograph files to one or more communication terminals T. The photograph delivery device 10 includes: a browsing frequency storage part 15 storing the number of browsing operations via one or more communication terminals T for each of the disclosed photograph files; an image retrieval part 16b searching the browsing frequency storage part 15 to extract photograph files having a browsing frequency equal to or more than a first threshold; and a transmission part 17 transmitting the extracted photograph files to the display device D.
